- What limits it
- No spins on deposit 1 (100% up to €2,000). To collect all 250 spins you make 5 deposits of at least €20 each, €100 in total, and the first one brings no spins. Withdrawals from welcome-package spins are capped at €50, bonuses expire 7 days after activation, and the bonuses of deposits 1 and 2 carry 45x.
SpinBetter: 150 free spins advertised without wagering
- What is written
- Its home-page welcome card reads “Get 200% + 150 FS no wager on your first 4 deposits!”, read on 6 October 2026. Its terms say nothing about wagering on the spins (spinbetter.com/en/bonus/casino/promotions/slot_first_deposit).
- What limits it

No Irish licence exists yet for an online casino
So far the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland has issued betting licences and nothing else: its register of 21 September 2026 lists 36, all for betting. Applications for further licences, gaming among them, will open throughout 2027 and 2028. None of the casinos on this page appears in the register.

The 2024 Act targets providers, not players
The Gambling Regulation Act 2024 aims at the provider: section 67(2) bars anyone from offering a game without a gaming licence, but it is not yet in force. The words “is guilty of an offence” appear 49 times in the Act, and none of them is aimed at the person who plays.
Its protections, such as payment of winnings and complaints, apply to holders of a GRAI licence; none of the casinos on this page is one.
